The Position

Audiostanding is seeking experienced, motivated, coachable, and purpose-driven Business Sales Representatives to operate across Jamaica and selected international markets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about community impact, education, and sustainable funding solutions for institutions.

Audiostanding provides structured training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure every successful applicant is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.

We are looking for individuals who are energetic, self-motivated, persuasive, disciplined, and comfortable engaging decision-makers at institutions, such as schools, churches, hospital, clinics, and non-for-profit organizations. If you are goal-oriented, results-driven, and excited about earning based on performance while contributing to meaningful social impact, this opportunity is for you.

The Role

As a Business Sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified beneficiary institutions—including schools, churches, hospitals, community organizations, and other not-for-profit entities—to join the Audiostanding platform.

These institutions use Audiostanding to raise funds ethically and sustainably through educational courses and audiobooks created in collaboration with instructors. To protect the integrity of the platform and prevent fraud, all beneficiary applications are independently vetted and approved by Audiostanding. Compensation is paid only after approval is completed.

Business Specialists also play a critical role in recruiting instructors who are willing to collaborate with approved beneficiary institutions to produce high-quality educational and audio content for global distribution.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
 <li>Identify and approach qualified beneficiary institutions to introduce Audiostanding services</li>
 <li>Clearly explain how Audiostanding helps institutions raise funds ethically and sustainably</li>
 <li>Guide institutions through the beneficiary application process</li>
 <li>Recruit and connect instructors to collaborate with approved beneficiaries</li>
 <li>Present Audiostanding services confidently using clear, persuasive communication</li>
 <li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with institutions and instructors</li>
 <li>Use cold outreach, referrals, and social media to generate new opportunities</li>
 <li>Follow up consistently to support application completion and approval</li>
 <li>Coordinate goals, progress, and updates with internal Audiostanding teams</li>
 <li>Stay informed on best practices, outreach strategies, and platform updates</li>
 <li>Continuously improve performance through training, feedback, and experience</li>
</ul>

Requirements

 <li>Self-starter with strong personal discipline and accountability</li>
 <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
 <li>Comfortable engaging institutions, professionals, and decision-makers</li>
 <li>Strong time-management and organizational skills</li>
 <li>Good computer literacy (email, documents, online tools)</li>
 <li>College degree preferred, but not required</li>

Income & Compensation

<ul>
 <li>Compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential</li>
 <li>Business Sales Reps earn JA$20,000.00 per approved beneficiary institution </li>
<li> Potentially earn over US$50,000 - US$100,000+ per year, by collaborating as an instructor. </li>
 <li>Payment is made only after Audiostanding completes independent vetting and approval</li>
 <li>No earnings are paid for unapproved or incomplete applications</li>
</ul>

U.S. Dollar & Residual Income Opportunity

In addition to per-approval earnings, Business Specialists have the opportunity to earn ongoing residual income in U.S. Dollars (USD) by leveraging the Audiostanding platform ecosystem.

Business Specialists may also operate as Instructors on Audiostanding. This dual role allows you to:

 <li>Create and sell your own courses or audiobooks. You will be trained to do this.</li>
 <li>Collaborate directly with beneficiary institutions you introduce</li>
 <li>Earn recurring USD-based income from global course and audiobook sales</li>
 <li>Benefit from long-term residual earnings as beneficiary networks expand</li>
 <li>The ability to see residual US$ revenue would be within weeks of introducing beneficiaries to the platform and collaborating with such beneficiary </li>

This structure enables Business Specialists to build monthly recurring income while continuing to earn per approved institution.

This opportunity may be structured as part-time or full-time, offering flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential.

Top-performing Business Sales Rep are earning over JA$750,000+ per month, with the ability to earn significantly more through consistency, volume, and residual USD-based sales.

Income is directly tied to your ability to recruit, guide, and support approved beneficiary institutions and collaborating instructors.
